1	3 Simple Fixes To Killer Body Language I remember someone in a podcast I was listening to mentioning that the whole "power pose" thing was never actually able to be replicated. But who knows. Do your own research if you care. I certainly didn't. But honestly, getting into a mindset with a physical "ritual" of sorts is a good way to get the placebo effect going.
