Focus on yourself and what’s best for you. Her rebound relationship probably won’t last anyhow and when they break up she’ll still have a big black hole in her heart and you’ll be that much farther to being healed because you prioritized yourself and healing

You’re right. Also I think communication has suffered as a whole in today’s society, not just women or men. Not trying to sound sexist I know I have plenty of issues to work on and wouldn’t make a good partner right now. I’m trying to improve myself and learn to be happy by myself. I’m not even on the dating apps

I think a lot of women on online dating don’t have much of a personality and can’t carry on a conversation. Or they’re just there for an ego boost. Just my speculations, no real advice for you. I myself am learning to be happy alone

That is for damn sure. Last year I got her flowers but had my mom pick them up for me since she was going by the flower shop. Well my ex wife found out my mom picked them up and was pissed. So I had to get her more flowers and have them delivered by the flower shop so my mom wasn’t involved… she hated my mom

Pretty much same thing with my ex. Although I pretty much got everything in the divorce I still lost what was most important to me, our marriage and her love

It's hard to let go because most men do care about our wives and don't want a divorce. We hope for things to work out. Women file for divorce like 80-90% of the time. Also, on top of that your wife, like my ex, lays all the blame on you seeing themselves as blameless and perfect. You are correct that a relationship takes two and both our responsible for not only building it up but also for tearing it down. Identify and own your own faults but know that it's not all on you. Also don't get caught …

I struggle similarly as your gf does. I would take a break and make it clear that if this doesn’t change you are done but I would give her chance. Check out the Ananias Foundation. It’s a free non profit that could help her

I guess neutral. We’re no contact. I don’t think she hates me or wishes me ill will. I don’t hate her or wish her ill will either

This. Once I finally accepted what she’s doing doesn’t involve me anymore and has no effect on my life it was easier to continue moving forward without getting hung up on and hurt by such details

Yes. I think therapy is always beneficial. There was a time though when I was younger and dumber than I am now and I thought therapy was a stupid waste of time. It’s not

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
