I generally agree and it is definitely true that there is a lot of bias there. Still from what I know the main reasoning courts use here is that sentences should be in relation to the (mental) damage the crime caused. Estimating damages is very subjective but often good looking people use seduction while ugly people use force (physical or authority) to groom their victim. Legitimacy and Legality are two different things. The initial phrase I was responding was about calling a women rapist would be illegal. It is not. It may not be legitimate beyond opinion but it is not illegal. Illegal would be something I can not legally say.

Well, the point here is that it is not defamation because sexual assault is equal to rape is a legitimate opinion. So calling someone guilty of sexual assault a rapist is not illegal on the basis of this opinion. By the way. But it is not illegal to call it that way. A court will never use this word but you will still be protected by freedom of speech (in contrast to call someone rapist who didn't commit any sexual assault which would be illegal due to defamation laws).

Well, when it comes to child rape charges in general this is probably true. Still I think that part of the reason may not be the bias but rather how it came to the situation and how big the damage of the victims is. I could imagine that a ugly person probably needs to use force while a pretty person can just seduce his/her victim. Both is of course illegal and an crime but when it comes to damages of the child the first scenario is probably worse.

Just wondering but although being public knowledge nowadays I am wondering if women were always into tall guys or if this is only a modern phenomenon? When I was younger, I was always embarrassed that I was taller then other guys at my age (70" as a young teen). I was even so embarrassed about this that I didn't dared to approach girls although apart of this having a kind of normal look. To some degree you are right. I have to say though that to some degree Reddit is different when if comes to this because most subs only ban negativity in posts but not in comments. Still on Reddit unpopular comments are often removed from the people themself because it ruins their karma. Facemasks do not protect you from getting the corona virus. Most infections come over the eyes or because adjusting your face mask. Using them is vastly counter productive.
