I went to therapy to heal my scars from all those rejection for 32 years. I found my happiness through therapy and I see myself as a catch. I put myself out there, just talking to random people. Keeping myself busy by living my happy life so when a girl who piques my interest shows up, she's merely a tourist in my life. Yeah, the unfortunate thing is I think he is good looking too. Just that he gave a bit of a weird vibe. For point 2, I tend to just be aggressive because I have weak text game and there's quite a lot of times where I find I tend to overtext or become a bit too friendly. Thus, just by being overtly aggressive I end up having a higher success rate. I probably agree that point 5 might be a bit too much. But it seems to be working so I'm gonna just continue using it. Since I'm a little bit more experienced, I can probably test out another story to see how it works when I go back to dating eventually.

I think for 2.1 a lot of guys on here including myself might tend to overtext and kill attraction quite early by just being needy. Very in depth answer! Thank you and sorry for the late reply. Is there a wrong type of therapist? I'm still not at my goal, I'm at 20% BF and I wanna get down to 12% to get the lean look. I think unfortunately I developed a bit of body dysmorphia from the gym. I realize from losing so much weight and getting a glow up, I resent and feel very vengeful of people around me the ones who treated me very badly from when I was fat. I also don't know how to just have fun, always overthinking things badl…

Thank you for this comment. However I think therapy is still important as there's clearly some issues with me. I am proud of my accomplishments, but I realized that I feel very resentful of women / people in general as an ex fat person. I need to get rid of that to start enjoying life.
