Showing that women only complain about certain (far safer, less strenuous and "more desirable") jobs such as office positions (OVERWHELMINGLY office positions) and not about labor disparity as a whole. Plus, many women don't have the same qualifications as men but are able to be hired based on "virtue" and quotas.
