Testimony is evidence. There doesn’t have to be proof for to be believed. It helps and should always rely on some proof. But it doesn’t always have to be. Weinstein is one case where enough corroboration and testimony was proof enough. There was no semen samples, pictures or sex tapes. It was all the compounding circumstances by a multitude of corroboration. I’m not saying Ford is telling the truth. I’m saying asking for a smoking gun isn’t always a necessity in some cases.
