Move back to the US and fight the battle for custody. When done, take your kid back to India with you. If you can't do that, change jobs to one that isn't headquartered in the US. Pay what you can afford.

Tell your lawyer to demand the calculation be based on 2021 taxes. Taking a slow season as annual income for a sales person is misrepresentation at best. In my case, we have presented incomes 3 times, so far to account for raises and bonuses. If your lawyer refuses, spend a half hour consulting another lawyer.

Came to say this. You can also be direct with your lawyer -you are the customer paying huge hourlies. Tell him what you want him to do and force him to talk you out of it or comply. Else fire him.

You pay child support. Then, you can buy your daughter things outright from you. only, or your ex can ask you to pay 50% of some expense she doesn't want to buy herself and you can say yes or no. Keep in mind that your ex is going to play the head game with your daughter ' I asked your dad and he refuses to pay for that thing' after she's already set the expectation with the kid, setting up alienation. One way to avoid that happening is to communicate often with your daughter.

Paying for a consultation is like a car dealer expecting you to pay to test drive a car. Its a marketing meeting. Marketing is overhead. If you do decide to pay it and go with that firm, demand that that fee be credited to your account. Since the senior partner won't be doing much of the work, there should be significantly lower fees for the associate and most of the time should be at the paralegal rate. Divorce is common and a lot of attys specialize in it. Unless your assets are 8 figures, I w…

Depending on local laws, you will likely have to pay alimony well past your retirement, if you divorce before you retire. If you can tolerate it, wait until you officially retire then pull the cord. You split assets, no CS and no alimony, unless you have a pension in addition to social security. Talk to a lawyer.

Have you met the "girlfriend"? From what we're being constantly told, people can't learn to be gay... at least not impressionable K-6 kids in schools.

Alternative is you buy her equity out and keep the current mortgage with a stipulation in the decree that she has no rights to the property and no mortgage obligation, your lawyer should be able to work through the details for you. The question then is do you have the cash to buy her out? You could take a second mortgage to finance only the buyout funds. leaving the first mortgage at the lower interest rate. Talk with your attorney about what you can do in your State/jurisdiction.

After a year. you can petition the court for an adjustment. Keep all of your records and documentation. Why would you be forced to pay support after the kids turn 18 and graduate from HS?

Ask your attorney to provide proof that the plan was submitted to the court. If it was not, you have a malpractice claim.

If she wants to move out. you can't stop her. Let her go. kids stay in the house with you. Talk to a lawyer. After she's been gone a week or so, serve her with the divorce petition. If she unilaterally leaves. that is seen as abandonment. Get your finances completely separated ASAP. half the cash. cancel all joint credit, and have your private cards replaced to keep her from using them. Any bills that don't include mortgage or utilities that are in her name get paid 100% by her. How you split th…

Set up a trust to continue CS through high school/18th birthday. You want to make sure your kid is taken care of. The stipulation pay for grades provision for college/tech school. Then allocate monthly or annual payouts for not enough to live on, to require work. as a productive member of society. If grandchildren come, reserve some for their education, otherwise exhaust the funds at age 45 or 50 for your child.

Send an email to your attorney detailing the situation and your daughters concerns, along with your own; with an expression that no legal action is needed at this point and you're simply documenting the situation. prior to complying with your daughters direct request.. It may be important to have this paper trail later. Then pick her up every morning and return her after her mom is home from work. It wouldn't hurt to have your daughter send you an email or text before expressing her unease with …

If you leave before you retain a lawyer, you'll have little chance at retaining the house. Why not suggest she and her kids move out, your shared child can live with you when you have parenting time. There's no reason you must be the one to leave.

I got banned from the datingovet40 sub for counter the neofeminist dogma that pervades that sub. It amazes me how many men actually contribute to and support the misandry.
