Looks wise I’m exactly average. 4-6 depending on how groomed I am at the time. Etc. Good and skillful can be different. She can be a cockmaster, give the best head you’ve ever received. But if she only does a token 30 seconds then lays there like a starfish she sure ain’t good. Meanwhile... Miss or Mr enthusiastic that hasn’t nailed a technique down, but sure as hell is working hard to learn. Their awesome.

I’ll bite. I disagree, and believe you should always take the conversation further. You know your not going to get any further, so it can be great practice at small talk with a stranger. Secondly and more importantly, ‘oh I’ve got a boyfriend’ is also often a first layer defence against people annoying them, continuing the conversation because you just wanna chat is totally valid. And often the boyfriend suddenly is ‘just a friend’
