2	How do you actually improve your personality? I have ASPD, and it took me a long time to overcome this. Now, I don’t see it as a disorder anymore, but rather something that makes me different, not necessarily in a bad way... It definitely should NOT define you as a person, and I learned that after years of foolishly letting it do so. 1	Getting a girl whose dating someone You sound just like I did as well as pretty much all of my guy-friends after a serious first break up...
