Most women not needing this I agree. Most women not taking these, well it's not only me that sees how this can become rather unfair.

Why can't they compare ? It doesn't have to be a cramping, can't get out of the house level of suffering to make work painful enough. While also not all women suffer so much from periods. As for "it was his choice not taking time off", the reason anyone is having problems with this whole thing is that it's making conditions for women to avoid working in pain, but not for men.

Then it's even more of a reason to lower pension age. Women get paid days off for menstruation, because it's something they can't control. Testosterone is also something men can't control. Same reason. Yet not enough to take action ?

Your definition of equality would be welcomed by men as well, were it a fair process. But there are plenty of areas where injustices are commited, areas where biology doesn't even matter. Coupled with the movement, the "equality" that is actually happening is more akin to superiority rather than your definition.
