I actually agree with a certain aspects of FDS. Mostly just the having high standards, which really is advice to both genders. Too many people fall into relationships with subpar people just out of loneliness and it often doesn’t end well.

Do you really think those two fact patterns are in any way remotely similar? The actual video might not be relevant or admissible in your example but the fact that you previously maintained a prior ongoing consensual sexual relationship would be. Relevance is defined as : A fact that makes any other fact more or less probable. Simply claim is a strong phrase, sure she can claim whatever. If you were going into a rape trial would you rather have or not have a video of your accuser enthusiastically consenting to sex right before they say consent was withdrawn?
