here's an idea: stop worrying, faking and try to relax and have a good time.

Damn, that's just about as hard as it gets.

Hmm, interesting point. Maybe I'll get some hot gay lovin' out of it too, always wanted to try that.

Crude, but dognose might have a point here.

Make the choice. This is probably what helped me the most. It doesn't matter if it is the right one, just think about it and make it. This goes for everything.

Good point, but I really think all her points are pretty legit actually.

Take it one step at a time, concentrate on trying to feel comfortable in these situations for a while, you have all the info in the sidebar on that plus scour the internet for a bit of info on the topic. No one can give you a straight answer on this since you are your own person with your own ways. Just don't try to fake it, try to figure out how to get genuinely relaxed in these situations.

By spending attention to yourself and your appearance you subconsciously tell yourself you are worth the effort and make you feel more valuable.

The reason this isn't posted in seddit is most users here disregard anything that is not the bare essentials of "getting a girl to like me". At an absolute minimum this FR shows in what ways elite women might be vulnerable Okay, point taken.

To be honest, not very helpful. It was obvious the girl was already completely in to him even before the date. There's wasn't much he could have done wrong it seems.

I didn't mean it so much as building your body but rather being in a somewhat decent shape and carrying yourself with ease. Edit: But having a nice body on top of that is always a nice plus of course.

At first it feels really uncomfortable to force your smile and other emotions. It looks weird and very fake, after a few days trying the muscles making your face move get used to the strain and go about it easier. You will communicate your thoughts and emotions more easily through your face so people can read you better. This will make you much more approachable since people can get a good reading on you.

More is obviously better, but if you are not used to any workout at all just the few times a month will be a lot easier to maintain.
