Well you gotta remember, a woman was the victim here, so obviously everything else gets thrown out the window. He was a big, evil hacker of a man who used leet skills to break into her computer (being able to read a book!) So that invasion of privacy, the fact she is a woman, should obviously trump any child endangerment issues! haha

But if women have to die too, who is going to produce more meat for the war grinder?

I wold have to say, in countries that have such backwards ideas towards women, isolating them is a good thing. It keeps them away from the jackasses that treat women like crap.

This is just as bad as the divorced woman going after a man's pension, 20 years after they divorced and he got a new job with said pension. What utter bullshit.

I totally agree with this shit. My brother went through this with his ex. She told the police that he had raped his 2 daughters, and that she had walked in on him doing thus. The kids were pulled from school and forced to have a FULL physical examination. They were questioned by the police and CAS, and finally confessed that "mommy told us to go along with it because we would get more money from daddy" The kids at the time were 9 and 10. She still got full custody, he has it on his police record…

The only way it is going to change, is if the people who write the laws grow a fucking set of balls. Women are not always the victim. We have seen it in male rape victims that get denied treatment, fathers that have to live in squalor because their support is too high and the court denies them a decrease, and the fact that society basically sees all single men as possible child molestors! If women truly want to be equal, as that is their apparent goal, why do they allow such a thing as alimony? …

Laws are different in Canada. In Canada your wife could try to kill you, and she could still be able to get spousal support. Spousal misconduct is not an issue in setting spousal support. http://www.duhaime.org/LegalResources/FamilyLaw/LawArticle-38/Spousal-Support-Under-Canadas-Divorce-Act.aspx

Sorry spousal support for life should be killed. Maybe a year or 2 at most, but anything more and all you are doing is destroying the life of the other person that was in your relationship. Why should someone work hard to give away their money to someone that they divorced 10 or more years ago? NO! You get enough to get your shit together and stop being dependant on someone else. You should not have to pay for this type of mistake for the rest of your life.

It still makes no sense to me why the fuck I should have to pay a woman half my wages for the rest of my damn life because of a mistake. Where is the reasoning behind it. Fuck if you end up making enough money, she will never have to work ever again. Already have a friend in this situation..she cheated a lot on her husband, he finally found out and filed for divorce, and she got full spousal support and child support. 3 grand in spousal support alone! Per month. So chicky is making 36000 a year …

We all know already. Anytime a woman is involved in this, she is always the victim somehow. It's bullshit. If a female is going after 12 year old boys, the media assumes that the boys wanted this to happen in some way. We all think to ourselves that if we were in those kids shoes that it would be awesome to have some hot milf coming on to us. But in reality we know we would be scared and traumatized in this situation and would not know what to do. Mind you with the age that kids are having sex n…

How about the fact that it is perfectly fine for a girl to go to an all boys school, but a boy can't go to an all girls school? Or that boys can't be girl guides et all, but girls can be scouts and cubs!

Gotta love the fact that she was free to grind on your crotch and grab it, and yet as soon as you went to grab just her ass she flipped on you. I would love to see an incident where a girl is actually charged for doing what she did, and have it stick. If the rolls were reversed, ie you grinding and grabbing her crotch unprovoked, we know you would be going to jail.

Nothing like being punished for the rest of your life, for a mistake. Spousal support must be abolished. I see too many of my friends' ex wives just raking in the cash on spousal support and child support, to the extent where they do not have to work, and my friend has been forced to move back home because he can no longer afford a place to live. All because the courts decided that she should get half his income for life!

"Because I have children", what a bogus fucking excuse. Hello, what if the younger men have kids too? Oh wait that is right, men can't use the excuse that they have children, because we don't fucking matter. I am sorry but women first? Please, women want equality in every sense, but as soon as there is a situation where the equality is put to the test, they demand special treatment. And "did your mothers raise you to be selfish and self centred?" I dunno but demanding that you be put ahead of ev…

I love how one mistake will legally cost you for the rest of your life. Seriously spousal support should be abolished completely. One of my friends just got divorced and he is being forced to pay 3 grand a month for child support and spousal support. His child support is 1 grand and his wife gets 2 grand in spousal. The bitch never has to work again in her life because it is all tax free!

It seriously does not make sense. If I marry someone and we get divorced 5 years later, why the fuck should I have to pay them for the rest of my life? One of my friends step dad's up here in Canada has been remarried for 15 years, and his ex is now going after his pension that he has, because she has no money. He never had the current job while he was married to his ex, but she still feels that she is entitled to half his fucking pension. WTF! This is bullshit. Seriously why should you have to …

Sad to say it, but you are giving all the excuses that a battered woman gives to stay with a man that beats the shit out of her. Leave. Unless you want her to stab you. If you do anything to defend yourself, you will be charged and your helpless little wifey will be seen as the victim, no you. Society does not see women as the agressors, and you will be completely fucked if things escalate.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
