I've been in therapy for borderline personality disorder. We had DBT (which is similar) my shit was due to....guess... an abusive mother. Anyhow, I was thinking that these college SJW minions could use this shit.

I never said such a thing. Just discussing the actual definition used in court. this holds up regardless of the gender of the victim. If they aren't sexually penetrated, it doesn't constitute as rape. Your issue is with the legal definition.

According to the legal definition, rape involves penetration. A woman can't do that unless "she's" a tranny or has a strap on. Just saying.
