Candito 6 week program works very well for me. It varies so much the different weeks that you can keep running it without missing out on any gains. Smolov Jr and Russian Squat Routine is good to get a fucking huge chest and legs as well.

I don't use it myself, but my guess would be to keep being in the sun, that way you could tan while getting numbers at the beach, or if you live in Europe, patrol the beach for any rapefugees and help your countrymen out if they're in need. Nothing is wrong with being pale as well, you'll just look like a juicy viking if you lift
