4	How do you spit out the red pill? It’s possible, I was balls deep in it at one point in my life but I was just tired and angry at women. However as I dove into other things like Buddhism, philosophy & spirituality. I could see how the red pill was leading me astray, turning me into the man I didn’t want to be. So slowly I unlearned it, I stopped consuming the media , and now it’s like a lost memory. 1	Off-topic discussion: Dudes who are always busting other dude’s chops. I play around with my close friends but that’s just how we are together, but we know when to turn it on and off and sometimes we turn it off for each other, then once we good we turn it back on. 3	Anyone here pursuing monk mode? I’m in monk mode. Basically all I do for SR. My longest streak was 7 months (Dec2019- July2020) I just hit 7 months with this streak I am on now (July2020-present) For me the urges are gone entirely. It’s actually great. The way I started was basically going MIA. For a few weeks i was offs socials and didn’t talk to anyone. However as I went. I struggled with wet dreams, urges , and all.
