Speaking specifically to your comments about therapy, it can be incredibly useful, especially to men. It’s frustrating if you can’t find the support you need from friends and family, but reaching out to a therapist doesn’t make you weak or a ‘cuck’, and has several advantages. It’s helpful to have an objective third party weigh in on your troubles and give you impartial advice. It allows you to unburden yourself on someone without saddling them with the same problems. And finally a good therapis…

I would exchange the usual pleasantries with a woman in the same way I would a man at the gym, but otherwise stay focused for the reason you laid out. The gym is the production floor, it’s where you build, and improvement can be an ugly, messy process. Save your cold approach for the showroom floor when you head out for the evening, but keep your training area pure and free from distractions.

There are literally more conservatives in California than any other state, and they still don’t have a prayer of turning the state purple, let alone red. I agree this needs to be publicized so it can be used as a campaign issue, at the state level, even if it makes no difference to the local politics. Hopefully it makes its way to a federal court and can get overturned.

Game of Thrones, The Hound in a death match with Brienne of Tarth — at one point he knocks her to her hands and knees, and absolutely punts her between the legs from behind. Just brutal. But that’s the only one I can recall at the moment.
