Hey man, all these other comments are good ideas but a much simpler solution is to just go out there and talk to as many girls as possible. Just like any skill you gotta practice. First try learning how to hold a conversation by watching videos online, and then just go into every conversation with the mindset that you are there to learn how to do better, because your first couple of times are pretty much destined to go rough. You got any advice for portioning that all out? I workout 3-4 times a week but some days don’t eat a lot Bc I’m broke. I just shoot for my body weight in protein but still I don’t think there’s ever been a day in my life where I got enough protein.
