The word you are looking for is equity. They want equity, but not just a slight advantage to make up for past injustices, an absolute advantage. Full ride scholarships while men in the same situation get absolutely nothing. Full preference over qualified candidates with experience. Special internships men wouldn't even be allowed to apply to.
