1	Women now make up exactly 50% of the US workforce — only the third time in history to have been this high I agree with you that the issue isn't with the fact that half the workforce are women. What I resent is that in getting to this point a large amount of unnecessary, jobs for the girls type of industries like HR and management class have been created and bloated, and their remits are used to further make the professional world anti-male. My feeling is that men like this are taking out their years of pent-up anger with feminism, which they can't question without their identity collapsing, on anyone who attacks it.
