4	April 21 - Weekly Improvement & Progress Thread Had a headache yesterday but pushed myself into the gym- hit squat pr of 365x5. Feelsgoodman. Started reading "Walden" and "No More Mr. Nice Guy" on Audible. Haven't met/picked up any new girls this week, but I was doing well earlier this semester...
