Seems consensus is 2-3 is the sweet spot, 3-4 is the maximum, for me it was 3 when I was 21-22, now at 26 it’s 2, plus looking for more

Only thing I’d change here is not to use “you look stunning” instead compliment an outfit choice, or style choice. “That necklace is just astonishing” “that dress is so cute where did you get it?” The last one is my favorite because if they say “I have a boyfriend” you come back with “I was asking because I want to get it for my girlfriend”

How tall are you? If I had to guess probably 5’7? Do a dirty bulk. Eat anything and everything while still hitting 160G protein a day, until you weigh 90kg, and then do a small deficit until 85kg with a lot of high rep workouts. Your numbers will suffer for a little while, or stagnate, but you’ll look better physically, and recovering your numbers will be a piece of cake.

Not necessarily. I’m not unattractive, but I wouldn’t say I’m more than a 7.5/10 and I was definitely a solid 5.5 before lifting weights consistently. And having been going to that gym for almost a year, I’ve definitely built confidence since it feels like my second home. What I’m going at is, it’s not looks that make staring creepy, it’s lack of confidence, or doing weird stuff like licking your lips haha.

I think mine worked so well because the bar and gym are next to each other and frequented by the same people. Just find a way to stand out at the gym. Muscle shirts and open sided tanks are awesome . If your numbers are similar you probably look good under your shirt. Especially if you have tattoos. And if you don’t have any. get some tasteful colorful ones if it’s not against your beliefs.

To be honest that advice applies to females too. Her arm piece was a great talking point. It made it easier to start talking. And girls who gym 3/4 times a week and wear gym shark are hot. So if you can find it in your day to workout, and like 2-300 bucks in your budget for a weeks set of cute gym outfits. Do it. Consistency is key, and muscles are not manly on women. They are hot.
