Everything done on your hard disk can be retrieved, even after a full wipe with enough skill. I'm not sure if livelinux USBs other than tails run on the hard drive, but this one doesn't. Yes, I've read what the studies claim, but I don't believe they are backed up by proper science, considering how poorly the experiments are conducted. Absolutely not, I think minimal soy intake is perfectly fine. I just don't recommend incorporating large amounts of soy based proteins or drinking soy milk. The science seems to lean that soy is not for for men (in that it may contain a similar form to estrogen, not that it isn't nutritious) but you would be correct to say nothing is concrete. I would be more concerned with reducing Cortisol, as that can interfere with testosterone production and usage.
