It's a shame your mom volunteered.

It's a disability for however many months. Also getting pregnant is a part of the literal flow of life, so blaming someone for it based on having to stand up is pretty retarded.

At some point you have to ask yourself how many derogatory remarks does it take before I reconsider my vote.

That's usually how democracy works. You know, voted in by thousands of people. Not everyone, but a huge amount.

Social conditioning is a recognized phenomena, social condition being the cause of the majority of women staying away from hard sciences is not. The only reason awareness is raised is because they need to somehow convince women to start taking more STEM paths because they simply aren't interested. The mystery force I was referring to was what you believe to be keeping women away.

There are no sources for common sense, sadly. But you can go ahead and believe that the sciences are men dominated because women are actively kept away by some mystery force. Either way you opinion matters little in reality, you can't change the inherent behavior of a sex.

Biology isn't a real science anymore? Don't drop out of high school kids. But you're free to make an actual counter argument considering your only point so far has been "nuh uh."

Then you have never taken basic biology. Different levels of both hormones, testosterone, etc, will obviously have an affect on the way one sex feels about certain career paths. This is what the comment above you was trying to explain in the first place before you had your fit. Women find jobs like social services, teaching, etc, far more appealing than things like doing straight sciences.

Did you even read his comment before having your elliptic seizure all over the keyboard? He said women have less interest in those fields, not that they're worse at them. This falls into personality, not intelligence. And yes, women are genetically different personality wise.

Poe's law. Besides, I don't know why you're taking it out to be over the top. It's pretty standard speech online, especially if you've frequented Reddit enough. So no, I don't see any reason to believe it's satire aside from naivety.

Nothing about that comment seems like sarcasm.

So it's exactly like the parent comment then.

Look, I won't try to change what your judgement tells you to do in a situation. I'm just saying something like a sucker-shove seemed overkill at the time, given the context.

These guys drew the line, why can't you? Or are you telling me that they were laughing and snickering out of fear that they were going to be harmed. It comes from having perspective, "I'm gonna fucking break your shit" sounds menacing without context, but thankfully it's not black and white and we have this video.

This sub loves any scraps they can get of a women getting "justice".

Nah, things aren't black and white. Considering nobody was in no harm, and they knew it, this was entertainment, not defense. Being able to judge a situation is a valuable skill which most people lack in this sub, and I don't believe in cheap shots like this. Maybe he was actually standing by his friend, defending him, but lets be honest. This was a pretty pussy move no matter who you did it on, which obviously wasn't that warranted.

Please, everybody here knew that this bitch wasn't gonna do any harm. Taking a cheap shot like that at them is just a sucker move.

He didn't defend himself though, a cheap potshot was taken at her by some other kid. If she wants to talk shit, then she can eat shit and learn from her actions, but sucker punch/shoving like that is just pussyish.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
