How are those even remotely on the same level? For one, the latter is involuntary. And easily fixable. If a girl leaves you or loses her shit for losing (not randomly quitting) your job. That's the most plausible scenario. If OP used his personal email address then it wouldn't be hard for the admins to find it even if it's hidden. Using this they should be able to just search facebook for the email or use google to find OP's real name. I wonder if /u/aussiezman used his personal E-mail to register for the site.

I can understand that. The real question is how did they manage to use facebook's tagging algorithm without being a friend with OP on his professional profile? I refuse to believe that they actually managed to do it by facial recognition. There are other ways to link the profiles and I guess the SJW was lying when he said he was using facial recognition. Heck, even hacking his profile and somehow finding a link is more plausible.
