To your first point couldn’t we say the same for both genders? I would guess young adults prioritize going out, hobbies, and social functions at that age. People often enough can barely get by with two “good” incomes, let alone one. Various factors would play into this such as spending habits, location, COL, etc. Elaborate on your last part.
