I found personal value in the video, and I wished to share it with the men of MRP. The video displays more RP knowledge than a post psychologically dissecting some minute detail of RP tenants. It motivated me, so I thought that it would be helpful to those here also. The video shows the actions of a high value man, and I find more value in that than many of the posts here.

Personal perspective: I tend to use MRP and TRP both for motivation. I've done the readings, I know the knowledge. From there, it's application and finding the motivation to apply these concepts. I don't find this to be a shit effort post. I find this to be a simple post that speaks volumes.

Either keep lifting the 65's until you can do the 95's, or if you have somebody to spot you, use the 95's for heavy, slow, ass-kicking negatives. Better yet, do the heavy negatives to exhaustion, then take out the 65's.

Have you ever thought that maybe he is possibly addicted to pornography? This may be overreaching, but from what I've read it could be.
