Yes this. They fight tooth and nail to keep the kids away from the dad so they can cash those support checks. Meanwhile the dad just wants to raise his children 50/50. He’s prevented from doing so and he’s the Bad Guy..

Yes I went for 50/50 and got every other weekend and Wednesday evenings. In California. Had mediation over a month ago and mother made unsubstantiated claims I’m abusing drugs. Mediator screwed me over on the recommendation. My attorney argued the mediators report. Judge goes with mediators recommendation with slight adjustments. Although there is supposed to be no bias based on gender it is obvious they favor the mother.
