Appreciate it, I typically try to stay stoic, but I tend to hold back emotions when it comes to things like this to show indifference.

I met her at my work, I'm in the service industry, just to be clear she's not a coworker.

Wrong, you think people cant change their beliefs? You notice that most people turn towards religion towards the end of their life because it makes them more comfortable as they approach death? And yes, there are plenty of people that failed at learning a skill, that doesn't mean they can't do it, it means they were too weak-minded to put in the effort to get good at whatever it is they were trying to do.

I find this false, everything in life is a skill. You think rachmaninoff was born a master pianist? No. He worked his ass of by practicing every day since he was young until it was completely natural for him. Same thing with "masculinity" everyone on this thread seems to think they were/are different. I find it hard to believe that you were always an "alpha" and if so, why are you here? Everyone finds redpill when they need it most, the true, natural masculine men would never need such a subredd…

Simple. Find a mission. Something you like to do and become skillfully awesome in it. It could be anything: lifting weights, playing a guitar, playing league of legends or doing calculus. Whatever it is, it doesn't matter. But choose for you to be epic at it and find people who are also passionate about it. Those people will be your friends. Good luck! Let me ask you a question. What if you have many things that you are attempting to master, for example I play piano, powerlift, take programming …

No matter where you go, make sure she pays her own way on the first date. This sets the standard for the rest of the relationship.

I'm a skinny fuck, but do bodyweight exercises every day, like pullups and leg raises, only just starting with lifting. Got a 40lb weighted vest and incorporating that into my usual routine

Saun, highly recommended, go to the doctor and find out if you are deficient in vitamin D. I was and once I started taking the vitamins, I felt much better. It seems that no one realizes the importance of getting the proper amount of sunlight. We are just like plants, we need food, water, and sunlight. There is only one difference, without sunlight, plants die, but without sunlight, humans just get depressed. Just trust me and do some research.

I'm just like you my man, except instead of me getting angry, I just feel super guilty and depressed, but from that I draw motivation to change, the only problem is that I usually get the motivation when I'm laying down after reflecting over the day, and I tell myself, "That's it! I just need to ... I'll start tomorrow!" And I'll forget about it the second I wake up. It fucking blows, or even if I remember it, the second I make it in public, it's like I forget everything I read about or that I w…

And for the socially autistic ones out there among us, I should stress that obviously you wouldn't make a literal sales pitch about yourself to a woman you meet in a social situation. Once you've got your foot in the door or opened the woman, then it's up to you demonstrate your value as a man with your proficiency in being able to have enjoyable human interactions and not come off as a creep or a weirdo.
