Honestly bro, it sounds like you have some unconscious processing to do. There’s some stuff that you haven’t accepted and haven’t felt that’s pushing its way out.

Maybe because you have a bad attitude? I'm not really feeling a spark with you either lmao. But that has nothing to do with your worth.
/r/seduction10/09/25 06:57 PM

Holy shit, bro, fix your fucking attitude. Not feeling a spark does not mean unlovable or worthless.

Stop focusing on scratching the itch. (sleeping with women as much as possible) Focus on making the itch go away for good. Do the hard work of processing the last two years. You're most likely chasing this Because of all the shit that went down previously. right? Build a life you are proud of. When you approach women from a place of genuine abundance. Like where you feel you don't need anything from them because you are already fulfilled your "game" will become effortless. You won't need lines o…

Facts. I learned this at a very young age. I wanted to kill myself at 8 years old, despite having everything I needed. Extreme low vit D can be debilitating. I was 8 years old. I wasn't depressed because I was a loser or because I needed to "lock in". Purely chemical.

Sorry about all these negative comments. I know how it feels. This is probably going to be different than what you have already heard but if you’re at your witts end then this may be worth a shot its worked for me. I bet you are dealing with more than just fatigue. Start looking into nervous system work, mind-body therapy, and TMS. An overly sensitive nervous system causes all sorts of symptoms, brainfog, pain, gi issues, fatigue, etc. Its a deep rabbit hole but I just wanted to introduce to you…

Same here. I do 3 1 hours sessions now and seem to be gaining far faster than the previous year. I should mention that the workouts are definitely more intense than before and I do boxing or yoga on my off days so im still consistent.

No amount of research, talking, or asking questions will give you the motivation. Just go. Over time you will likely learn to enjoy it and maybe even crave a good workout, but for now just get to the gym. Dont over analyze what to do or what program to follow just get in there and start lifting. You have the rest of your life to optimize your routine. Motivation follows action.

You dont “become an extrovert”… you can still be and introvert and have game. Im not trying to be harsh but Im gonna have to call you out in this. You’re not a special case and quit thinking regular methods wont work on you. You’re not being held back because you’re an introvert you’re being held back because you think you are different l. Now aside from that here are the two things that helped me the most: 1 progressive overload. If you lift then you probably know what this means. Essentially e…

Dude. You have this all wrong. Are you seriously afraid that crying every 1-3 years is too much?! Show your emotions don't suppress them. There is power in vulnerability. Crying is totally okay! Its when you sit in your sorrow and become a victim and feel bad for yourself- this is what you don't want. Additionally, consider making meditation a regular habit. Over time you will become better able to separate "you" from "your thoughts"

I definitely fall In the second category. In this case how should I approach the dating side of redpill differently ?
/r/TheRedPill25/06/21 01:59 AM

That makes a lot of sense. I dont know in my break up experience it was the opposite. Im a pretty emotional guy and the break up hit me pretty hard. I didn’t repress anything and let it all out, talked to people, did everything I could... 4 months later and ive made progress but Im definitely still struggling with it. She was different though. She was the type of person to repress her emotions. Except when she was with me... The thing is that from what I can tell she moved on a lot faster than I…

The goal is to be the best man you can so you can better attract these 1% of women
/r/ExRedPill20/06/21 02:09 PM

I definitely can see that happening. As guys we like to rationalize things. When a girl suddenly up and leaves without much of a reason that we can see it can be confusing and traumatic so we try and come up with something
/r/ExRedPill18/06/21 01:28 AM

Yeah not arguing that. From my experience and what ive seen women do it more though.

/r/ExRedPill17/06/21 11:18 PM

I agree with what you said man but thats not really my point. Im talking about the lightswitch effect itself not the author of that article. I could care less about that but its what is linked in the side bar. The lightswitch effect is pretty well known in the community and even outside of it although it doesn’t have a name there. Its Just the idea that women can go cold and indifferent without warning
/r/ExRedPill17/06/21 11:16 PM
1

Thats true man. Even if she doesn’t say anything often you can tell by a difference in her attitude but sometimes you dont even get that. The relationship just goes from a 9 to a 0 without warning and its quite confusing for the guy
/r/ExRedPill17/06/21 11:14 PM

Yeah no. It seems that way and they say it is until it isn’t

Yeah there are but either way its sudden and without warning. Often there was nothing you even did
/r/ExRedPill17/06/21 04:50 PM

Yeah ive seen that happen too. Im talking about where both are happy in a relationship then suddenly she looses interest.
/r/ExRedPill17/06/21 02:09 PM
1

I think you may have missed part of the point. The relationship didn’t end on a bad note. It was going great until it was suddenly cut off by the girl for reasons the guy can not understand. Ive have seen this happen numerous times to my friends who thought things were going well
/r/ExRedPill17/06/21 02:07 PM

Thats close but very often there isn’t a fight at all. The relationship is going amazingly or so it seems. Then she suddenly just looses interest...

Its rough man. You may feel okay right now but its okay to feel down for a while. Dont fight your feelings but do NOT reach out again. Time will heal. Once you are feeling up to it try and meet new people and make new experiences. Find a hobby to replace all that time and mental energy that she took up. Remember you can’t speed up the healing process only delay it. Good luck and know you made the right decision!

Agreements 1. Dont make a girl the focus of your life 2. Status and physical attraction are the keys to initial attraction 3. Most women want to be dominated/led in and out of bed 4. The less interest you show women, the more they want you, and vice versa. 5. A good woman is becoming harder and harder to find due to a variety of reasons (social media, feminism, online dating, etc,) 6. Everything that happens in your life may not be your fault but it is 100% your responsibility 7. Part of loving …

Yeah ive never had the urge to look for girls there. She is definitely going to be hard to replace
/r/askTRP11/05/21 05:05 PM

Man I completely relate to your third paragraph there. She set such a high standard... not even in just looks but personality and character. Something I've never seen before from any other girl, which is what makes this so hard to move on from.
/r/askTRP10/05/21 10:17 PM
1

Fuck man Im in a similar scenario right now. I had this amazing girlfriend but we had to break up due to reason out of our control. Its so hard to accept the end to a relationship when you both still have feelings and things were going so well. I dont feel like Ill find a girl of that quality again. How do I move on from that??

Im a very caring person and have always done my best to maintain my relationships. What are some not obvious cues that a friendship is toxic? Im going to keep lifting for sure. Diet is hard man. Im struggling to balance eating a lot and eating healthy. It’s difficult to do both at the same time
/r/askTRP03/05/21 07:12 PM
1

Yeah you are right and I think im going to stop the medication as this is not sustainable. I stopped eating dairy because it fucked with my acne but I have tried a couple alternatives. What is OMAD?
/r/askTRP03/05/21 07:09 PM
1

I just have to have the right perspective on it. Some people get into the redpill and stay bitter and I feel that in myself right now. I hope to use it to gain knowledge about focusing on myself and achieving my goals
/r/askTRP03/05/21 07:07 PM

Honestly, I don't know. Despite all the reading I still don't want it to be true and I still question that AWALT. Unless you were truly redpilled from the start I think it takes significant pain for one to change their belief. I see two likely outcomes for me right now. I trash the redpill and get my heart ripped out and stabbed in the back by a woman. This will lead likely rid that desire to be loved by a woman and with time I will want less of the companionship because I learned my lesson. P…
/r/askTRP03/05/21 02:23 AM

Im in a similar position. I still have that biological desire to be loved by and fuck women but now after every ive learned at the same time I dont want anything to do with them
/r/askTRP03/05/21 01:55 AM
1

Yeah that does work but the thing is its not practical. I cant get a small meal in every 40 minutes when im in class or at work. I will try and talk to strangers more and not just ignore them. I think that is something I can work on. Although I dont talk to them because Im anxious its more out of not caring. Should I still try and talk? Whats special about that movie?
/r/askTRP03/05/21 12:06 AM
1

I really dont know what I want. My interests and hobbies are always changing. I dont see welding as a long term carrier but It will help me make decent money out of highschool. Im still exploring who I am and what I like. Im also trying to figure out if its better to live the life you want to or learn to accept parts of your life as they are. Kinda like a stoic approach ig.
/r/askTRP03/05/21 12:01 AM
1

Its a bit complicated but It was through a highschool program. I picked a generic degree to start out with (Communication) and now Im going to be a certified welder by thr end of this summer. And yeah having a clear purpose would definitely help me a bit I think
/r/askTRP02/05/21 11:16 PM
1

I definitely want to keep lifting if i can but I am currently struggling to eat more than 1000 calories a day. I just got to find a way to get food in
/r/askTRP02/05/21 10:22 PM
1

I would definitely not lift for that long you will overtrain unless your on something that helps with recovery
/r/askTRP02/05/21 01:41 AM
2

Moving will definitely help. Over the summer make it your goal to make nee friends and experiences. Its the best time for that. Just try and be a little bit more social every day and eventually you will see the progress
/r/askTRP01/05/21 02:27 AM
6

I understand where they’re coming from. Ofc they dont want to feel that way. They want advice on how to get out of that headspace. Saying man the fuck up isnt much different than telling an anxious person to chill out or a depressed person to be happy. Then again there are some on her who are literally just looking for sympathy but It can be hard to differentiate sometimes.
/r/askTRP30/04/21 09:07 PM
1

If you find a girl of this quality how are you able to easily move on from her?
/r/askTRP30/04/21 02:32 PM
1

Thats honestly fucking tragic even though I should be seeing this as normal now
/r/askTRP29/04/21 06:48 PM
14

Sounds like you found a quality girl but then again its only been 11 months. Things can change like that and it definitely wont last forever. Id be interested in hearing other opinions though.
/r/askTRP28/04/21 04:51 PM
1

Bro that’s insane but it must have been a huge wakeup call. I think I jusr need to be truly betrayed to gain the right mentality. Ive always give a person the benefit of the doubt until they give a reason big enough for me to move on. Im working on changing that now.
/r/askTRP26/04/21 11:48 PM
1

That’s interesting yeah i was just waiting for that snapping point. She never harmed or threatened to while we were together and I honestly wasn’t worried about that too much. I was worried about that sudden flip though where things just started going downhill
/r/askTRP26/04/21 10:08 PM
1

I am meditating and lifting every day. I cut out nicotine and porn already. Im trying my best to stay busy. What do you think about solitude though. I do get lonely and I feel like hanging out with people just distract from the problem. Should I dedicate more time to being alone to work on it or would that be a bad decision right now?
/r/askTRP26/04/21 03:58 AM
1

I dont fully know honestly. Like i know the decision has already been made but I keep overthinking it. My anxiety has really spiked lately
/r/askTRP26/04/21 03:48 AM
1

I guess I am. I regret it not but i am fairly confident she has moved on already so I am trying to justify it to myself
/r/askTRP26/04/21 03:45 AM
1

I appreciate the reply wnd thats what ive heard man. In my situation though I never got to experience the nightmare part of the relationship so it’s quite hard for me to be fully committed to my decision. Damn thats crazy. How surprised were you by that because that’s insane? I could never see my ex doing that or something similar
/r/askTRP25/04/21 11:19 PM
1

Well shit now im feeling less confident about this. She had all of the red flags though. Self harm, daddy issues, fear of abandonment, lovebombing, depression, massive mood swings.... Im just so torn honestly. Ive seen some stories where everything was great for 6 months to a year then everything changed or the light switch effect happened. I really hate to throw away this opportunity but I dont want to be stuck on this girl forever. I want to move on but deep down I still love her
/r/askTRP25/04/21 08:59 PM
1

My mind is definitely playing games with me. Im trying my best to ignore it though. Its hard to know what memories are distorted snd the importance of certain thoughts
/r/askTRP23/04/21 10:58 PM
1

Interesting. I actually reached out to my ex as well. She said she would prefer not to talk and that she is trying to move on. As much as that hurt it did help me feel a bit better. She was kind and understanding about it though and looking back I wish she wasn’t because it would make things so much easier
/r/askTRP23/04/21 10:52 PM
1

Ehh. Ive definitely made some progress in my life but I am nowhere near over her tbh. It was such a good relationship and it was abruptly ended by her parents so its hard to move on from that especially when you still have feelings
/r/askTRP23/04/21 10:40 PM
1

What do you think helped the most?
/r/askTRP23/04/21 10:39 PM
1

How are things now man?
/r/askTRP23/04/21 10:26 PM
20

Thanks man this was helpful. I honestly thought I was confident in myself and didn’t really have many self esteem issues. Then my girlfriend left me... I felt so devastated and lost. I realized that I put my worth in the wrong things and I needed to find that in myself first before getting into a relationship.
/r/TheRedPill15/04/21 01:41 AM
3

Doing all three of those currently👍🏻 Porn/fapping has been limited to 1-2x a week. I am meditating and journaling every day now. Im currently reading Driven and You cant afford the luxury of a negative thought. I do love myself but there are definitely parts I dont like and that mostly has to do with the way I think. I dont know still working on that one
/r/TheRedPill14/04/21 03:33 AM
2

This is so true and something I’ve been learning about myself recently. Honestly improving your inner confidence is seemingly a lot harder to do than build your body or wealth. Whats the best way to build that inner confidence snd fulfillment?
/r/TheRedPill14/04/21 12:45 AM
1

Bet thanks man Ill check em out
/r/askTRP12/04/21 01:18 PM
1

What exactly is your goal here? You have said nothing constructive and all you have done is call me stupid. Im not sure how much you know about psychedelics but they are definitely not an escape from reality but rather they force you to face it.
/r/askTRP12/04/21 01:18 PM
1

Literally philosophy. Stoicism, Taoism, and Buddhism... they all preach about findings fulfillment internally, accepting things as they are, and letting go of material objects, places, and people.
/r/askTRP12/04/21 02:56 AM
2

That makes sense and I can get behind that. Being at peace with the situation despite the circumstances is a a valuable skill that I am trying to develop. And yeah thats my goal with meditation. To be better able to understand and work with my thoughts
/r/askTRP12/04/21 02:53 AM
1

Ive been lifting for 3 years now and have built a decent physique. It certainly does help with these problems but it is not the answer. Ill keep at it and will work even harder now. And yeah I definitely am in her frame and I realized that. Thats what my post is about. I know where I fucked up but im not sure how to get out of that frame. Trust me I dont want to be in it

Maybe happiness wasnt the right word. I want to feel the opposite of how I do now. I dont want to be attached to anything. My goal is to be fulfilled internally.

Thats a lot man. You definitely have a long way to go but awareness is the first step. Im not really in a position to give advice as I am struggling with much of what you are right now. I can say what has helped me the most though. Consistency. With everything you want to improve you need to be consistent. Dont even worry about how much of the behavior or habit you’re actually doing. Just do the smallest amount each day. Slowly increase your efforts over time. You have your whole life to improve…

Yeah that may help. I dont want to get with other girls but I currently dont have the desire to

Im working on it. Honestly what I want right now is to feel loved... However I realized that I have to find that with in myself... I found it temporarily in this girl but thats not sustainable and unhealthy

Ultimately yes but that is still masking my problem. I need to find fulfillment in myself. I shouldnt look for that in sex

Hey man. Im curious what you decided to do?

All of that makes sense and its good advice but there is one concern I have. I need to accept the situation and decide to move on. Only then will time heal. Time wont do anything if I still want to get back with her. How do you suggest I rid my dependency and gain the urge to focus on my own life and not our life?

I cant fully help the way I feel towards her. Its addicting in alot of ways.

I really want to focus on myself And I think im going to break things off. How do I stop thinking about all the good times and what could happen if we stay together?? I still love her...

Thats what Im so torn about. I have helped her and she has improved. I just dont know if its all in vain or not

I think I might but Im not committed to my decision and I dont want that dangerous cycle of getting back and breaking up w her.

Thats the message Im getting. If Im going to leave then I need to fully understand and comit to that decision and right now I know I wont. I care to much and I haven’t been hurt by her yet. Thats the reason I need to leave

Gotcha. Thats what I am so torn about though. There are definitely some red flags here but she hasn’t done anything manipulative, hurtful, or psyco that I can think of. Once she does it will be much easier for me to get out. If i leave right now I will always question my decision snd never fully let go

How long were you in this relationship before shit like that started happening?

I will make sure to read all of it.

She has not done this since we have been together and I didn’t realize this was a red flag until later on. Ive been reading up on the subreddit lots. My biggest issue seems to be caring to much. I dont know how to overcome it. Its going to get me extremely hurt

So I know all of these are bad to do but alot of the time ai cant help it. Im anxious about it. How do I internalize it and make myself care less. Its kind if like telling an anxious person to stop being anxious. Im sure they want to but its alot easier said than done. What steps can I take to not have her in my mind so much besides having other things to do?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
