Yup, you’re right. And also put your safety in your own hands. Glad he was ok after the encounter. He shouldn’t feel bad for her either.

Orr it’s up to the other party to be honest and straight up? Saying one thing and doing another is their problem. Not his.

What does this mean?

It has nothing to do with body fat level. It stands for body mass index. It looks at general weight against height. It doesn’t factor in body fat levels. Better metric’s are waist to height ratio and body fat %. Google “US Navy Body Fat Calculator”.

Below 20% BMI isn’t necessary. 10-12% body fat is more important. You can have 26 BMI but have abs at 10% body fat lvls.

For people within healthy BMI range, it becomes about preference and not health. You could argue this is being picky etc. But after 30+ BMI, I think it becomes more about health concerns and less about being obsessive and controlling as you put it.

From a hard numbers standpoint; having 30+ BMI and and more than 30% body fat mass. This is purely from a health standpoint. No argument about it.

Sorry to hear you’ve had bad past experiences. The stubbornness is possibly a common thing guys are known to do. With girls they have problems on the flip side like insecurity, toxicity, mind games, entitlement and behaviour that would also need therapy. I’m not just talking about logistics and planning. It’s all well and good picking out the restaurant if the guy is still paying for the whole bill, driving there and expected to do it week in and out.

Courting is easy? Unless you’ve played the active role of courting, you won’t understand whether it’s difficult or not. The vast majority of people’s dating lives IS the courting stage. Something women take for granted since they receive. In what way, is it all her work post-commitment?

You’re saying women do the heavy lifting in initial stages of relationships? The guy usually pays for everything, plans dates, has to chase, give attention, keep the spark alive. Its a theme of the guy giving and the woman receiving.

Tell them you find them attractive. Compliment them (optional) and ask them out on a DATE specifically. Or just tell them you’d like to get to know them if it’s still early days. Smiling/smirking and eye contact help too (flirting).

High Intensity Interval Training. Example would be sprinting 30 seconds, then walking 30 seconds. Repeat this until it’s been 15 minutes.
