That doesn't necessarily mean that she fabricated them herself. It's suspicious, sure, but she could also have just stumbled upon it by chance. And with all the shit that 4chan gets up to, it's not really that far-fetched that she would frequent those boards to get more ammunition for her "research". So there's no substantial evidence saying that Sarkeesian did it, for whatever reason? She's not a very good person, to say the least, but I don't understand why people keep saying that she did it herself if there's no proof. It only fuels her agenda and helps to make her look like a victim.

It's not a dishonest article, the title is true. Just because their definition of a gamer doesn't correspond to your definition of a gamer, doesn't make it less true. It is not physically impossible for a woman to become pregnant if you come outside of her. If there was unprotected sex there will be pre-ejaculate, and it's debatable whether or not this contains actual sperm. There have been recorded cases where pre-ejaculate had high amounts of sperm, and the opposite has also been recorded. OP should take no chances, even though "Bitches lie.".

I agree. If someone pretends to be, or is in a situation where you can assume that they are, of age then the sentence should be reduced or dropped. It's entrapment in a way, because no matter if the kid thinks it was okay their parents might not. But the law is still the law, and in the article this woman sounds like a 'groomer'. I agree, it's not reasonable to ID everyone you sleep with. But it's still against the law no matter how you swing it. And if the person has a fake ID then they are committing a crime as well, though it's a crime that they probably will get away with if they're underage. But what are reasonable grounds? I wouldn't say that because a guy has, for example, a beard that you can assume that he is over 17. Nor can you assume that just because a guy is over 1.80 m and well built to be over 17 either. I have friends who had beards when they were 15 and I was 1.81 m tall when I was 14 years old. A girl can look like she's 20 but she might just be 16 and that wouldn't fly if the perpetrator were a man.
