| 3 | While we all support self defense, planning to kill someone isn't self defense. Kyle is a 2A leader, Chad's ex-wife is a Texas Judge, they hid Chads son during Chads scheduled visitation pickup time, trying to anger the Father, then kill him. It was premeditated murder.I’ve heard a lot of people saying that firing warning shots are illegal which happened right before he tried to wrestle the gun away from him. Is this true?
