The last two lines of this are priceless. The mind is a tricky thing and really we all think that alcohol is making us extroverted but it's not. It isn't that powerful it just unlocks in our mind to what we couldn't consciously. So this exercise is helping you trick your mind so to speak into unlocking your inner extrovert without the trigger of alcohol. Brilliant.

The girl will shrug it off and live so it's not that bad for her. And as for him he has gained confidence that is invaluable even though it was not a success. All in all a few moments of awkwardness for the girl or the guy she was with is well worth the price of the forward progress OP is making. Rock on and remember action is the real goal because succeed or fail you are growing and learning and that is priceless.

The hat was probably trying to escape because it knew she had a big head.

This was way deeper than any response I could have expected. Dope but I was almost not ready for something of this caliber of awesomeness.

Yea I agree this is not a failure however, if it was was a true failure the thing you should always do is saddle up and give it another go. Always.

This is what I love about gaming. If you would have gotten a # close it's a success. If you as you said got shot down then it's also a success. It's so easy to be successful and it's completely independent of getting # or F-closes. The only real failure is not trying at all it's as simple as that. Keep it up man.

Not at all man. I've recently been going out alone on Saturday and Sunday nights and it has been an awesome experience. I've had nights where I have met a bunch of cool people danced with some ladies and some nights where I just kinda vibed with everyone and relaxed. Either way you come out a winner because you are conquering the fear of going out alone and not giving a shit. If you want your social skills to improve dramatically go out alone and do it often. Good luck and charge it fearlessly.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
