I'm 16 so u may not really want my advice, but if you want your kid to have a good time in highschool, put them in sports early, and make sure above all else they don't get fat, being chubby growing up makes it very difficult to have a great friend circle in school

I think you really disregard the incredible benefits of keto, especially for quick weight loss, as it sheds water weight much faster than simply CICO. Not to mention it promotes much healthier eating in general. If you at 3 big Macs a day u would be eating at a deficit but you would feel like shit and it would fuck u up in all likelihood

I'm only 16 but keto has helped me so much, I've dropped a total 35 pounds most of it over the summer and it has improved my life so much, more friends, better grades, happier, went to my first party, got a girlfriend. I'm still skinny fat and I started lifting, and I'm so excited for the next couple of years. OP, dropping weight is one of the single best thing is you can do to immeditly improve ur life
