not sure that most women would rather go without, they just think they deserve the top tier In real life they're not going without, but online they absolutely are being picky. That being said, the guys they are hooking up with in real life are more often than not part of the exclusive "secret society".

Now you're asking the right question. Would a male 21 year old teacher get a similar sentence? Probably not.

Yeah, but 16 in the UK is like 18 in the US so the boy was actually very close to being legal. It was likely a factor all things considered.

Pareto’s principal that states... It's actually that 80% of results are derived from 20% of the work. It's kind of used wrong around here, but it is true that women like the top tier men to the point effectively all men outside of that small cadre are functionally invisible to them. Most women these days would rather go without than settle down with someone not in the top 5-10%, an unintended consequence of unfettered access to men thanks to social media and dating apps. But the real world isn't…

This article popped up on the science subreddit yesterday and there was a lot of discussion correlating to what we have been observing for years. The normies are starting to wake up to the reality of how horribly messed up the dating market is for average guys these days. https://archive.is/hhAn0

+1 for posting it to social media and sending it to Fox News. The public backlash will solve the problem for real as going to the school very likely won't do anything.

5% is closer to my 10% I've been seeing than the 20% that often gets bandied about. To wit, in the real world what used to be 20% of guys getting the lions share is now as little as 5-10% of guys. We talked about this just the other day that the gulf between the haves and have nots is getting wider. At what point does this break society as we know it and there's blowback that causes the pendulum to start swinging back?

Do you have a source on that 90%? I'm curious what the overall percentage is on SSRIs. Also, birth control really fucks up mate selection and long-term relationship satisfaction when they go off or on BC.

To paraphrase /u/archwinger Women live a life of abundance when it comes to sexual access. Any time a woman is horny and isn’t abstaining for some reason, she can have sex at her beck and call. If a woman has a healthy sex drive and doesn’t want to abstain, she’s having sex. Even if it’s discretely on the down low. The key take away is that women, until they are post wall, absolutely live in a world of abundance. That's why I think they are so picky. It's also why the rates of virgins are going …

Hypergamy doesn't care. The cold hard truth is the higher you climb the socioeconomic ladder, the fewer guys above you there are to date. This is the paradox of women's success. Women are really bad at estimating their future prpospects because all they've known since they hit puberty is guys want to fuck them. By the time many women are ready to settle down they've just assumed guys will always be there, but as they hit their mid-30s the guys they want tend to go for women much younger than the…

Never too late. I'm already in my 40s and didn't get my finances right until a few years ago thanks to a divorce, but I'm looking at retiring at 45 or 46. Investing became a passion of mine a few years ago and it's paid off in a big way, first through value investing, and later through growth. In 2019 I did over 60% growth and in 2020 I did over 180%. This year my goal was to learn options and I've made almost $40K since March, and on pace to make another $40K by the end of the year, all from ju…

Top 5-10% of men is indeed what I'm seeing for women who aren't fat slobs. This is the unintended consquence of Tinder, Instagram, etc. Ultra high status guys 15-20 years ago these women would never have access to under normal circumstances are now sliding into DMs from halfway across the country. Normal dudes cannot compete with that and it just raises the bar these women think they're entitled to for the rest of their lives. The consequence of which is the return to defacto harems for the men …

"What do you do?" is a very DC question and I usually just laugh at them thereby initiating a pressure flip. When they ask what's so funny I explain I grew up in the Midwest and that question is like asking "how much do you make?" This is where I disagree. Monk mode is useful for a limited duration, but it'll stunt your social skills (which are perishable with time) if you stop socializing in person for too long. A few weeks to a few months to work on whatever you needed to fix is one thing, but long-term and it's liable to do more harm than good. That's not to be confused with guys going Galt and choosing to not do the work because they've deemed the juice isn't worth the squeeze. That's something else entirely. Granted …

Women are human beings. Men are human doings. In other words women are valued by society for simply existing whereas men's value to society is derived from what service or utility they provide. Watch the news and you'll see stories like "xyz number of women and 3 firefighters were killed in abc disaster". They almost always list women by name and the men get glossed over by their profession. https://youtu.be/vp8tToFv-bA

Normal men peak about 35 in my experience. It's also perfectly in line with Rollo's chart with men at 35 matching with women at 22 in terms of peak SMV. That 13 year age gap is a very natural fit IMO as I lived it. Although now I'm a good deal older and I could still see myself with women in that age range on up through their mid to late 20s. In other words as men age our attractiveness wanes slower than it does for women, thus the natural age gap stretches out. 22/35 becomes 25/40 becomes 27/45…

Open hypergamy combined with the globalization of sexual access from dating apps has resulted in a return to defacto harems. In terms of sexual access this translates to the rich getting richer and the poor get poorer. The top 10% of men are getting the overwhelming majority of sex. That's a fact you can take to the bank. How this applies to women like her is that the higher up she climbs the socioeconomic latter, the fewer and fewer men there are above her to be attracted to, which is where the…

Understanding the extent to which height utterly short-circuits most women's selection mechanism is one of the blackest red pills most dudes ever swallow. Being tall covereth a multitude of sins. It's actually difficult to think of a red flag most women won't actively ignore for a man who's 6'+. Being built overcomes being short as big muscles largely pushes all the same evolutionary buttons as being tall. If you're 5'5" with a V-taper and 18" arms you might as well be 6'3".

If you're not getting any action online it's because your pictures suck and you look like a weirdo. Fix that and look like a chad and suddenly online works. In other news water is wet, news at 11. Online dating should be supplemental to meeting women in your day to day lives. If you're only doing one and not the other, then you're limiting your options.

The answer to this question will depend entirely on what the type of women you want to meet. Upgrading your hobbies to get out of your mom's basement is one thing, but changing your hobbies to chase pussy smacks of making women your mission. Don't do that.

/u/itiswr1tten has the gist of it. We created a fraternity, oh, about 5 years ago and it grew to a number of cities with the Mid-Atlantic chapter being the biggest and most active. Over time it waned and eventually the whole thing fizzled out. The name has actual meaning, which you learn when you become a member. There's a reason I started my time on youtube with the red pill of finance. The biggie for me is that this is the first time in human history average people have access to the tools of building wealth that have historically been the domain of the wealthy. With the advent of fractional shares and no fees for trades, Joe Sixpack can buy into Amazon and Tesla and see their own wealth level up relative to Bezos and Musk's. All one has to do is put their money where their mouth is and take the risks …

They are good primers for those new to investing/finance game. However, GS did luck into his fortune being in the right place at the right time (California just after the housing crisis). Anyone can be a great investor during a bull run and that's what he did entering real-estate investing at the absolute bottom. As an agent he was selling huge houses for lots of money and turned that into a solid investment portfolio. Meet Kevin was much the same and borrowed 6 figures from family to get the ba…

It'll be a slow ramp up to previous spending levels that may take years to fully recover. The inflationary impact will be muted as its spread out over years. Initially we're effectively seeing deflation with saving rates shooting through the roof this year. The whole thing is a mess and it's going to take years if not decades to shake out. The argument is already been made we're seeing ~15% inflation this year. Consumer goods haven't seen inflation due to low velocity of money, but for big ticket assets like companies, real-estate, etc., hell yes we've seen inflation on that level. Home values have shot up about 13% in many markets around the nation. That's great if you have a house, but if you are just starting out in life and wanted to buy your first home, or move into a bigger house to start a family, haha fuck you zoomer/young…

Game goes by many names, the most common of which are "flirting" or "social savvy". Guys who are good at it will do better than those who are average or bad. Being really good at it lets guys socialize with women who are otherwise out of their league, if going by raw looks.

Buying the dip IS dollar cost averaging. Yup. Averaging up over time is one thing with DCA, but if you're patient and only buy on big pullbacks or corrections, you can keep your cost basis significantly lower thereby improving your overall profit. You just have to be patient. One of the guys I follow on YT made a good video about this very thing the other day and waited almost 2 years for a stock to pull back far enough for him to buy as he know what his margin of safety price was and wouldn't b…

You raise a good point. You don't have to time the market perfectly. As long as you're getting the meat of the move, especially in volatile stocks, then that's likely going to result in good gains. Hell, this is what algo traders rely on.

If hedge fund-managers that went to Harvard, Stanford struggle to beat 10% returns YoY, it is unlikely that you can continue this streak without risky option strategies. This is a common misconception. MANY fund managers could easily beat the market, but they're constrained by whatever the fund is focused on and various SEC regulations. Frankly speaking, pros with under $50M in assets under management beat the market all the time. It's not difficult if you have half a brain. I remember back in 2…

Biden. The only reason the market took off after the election was it looked like we'll have a split Senate to block his insane policy changes, such as taxing unrealized gains, adding fees for buying and selling stock, and raising taxes in general. Examples of shorting the market would be buying gold silver Bitcoin or land I'm a fan of Bitcoin and gold as a hedge against inflation. Less so against the market tanking seeing as Bitcoin now follows the market as whole. Somewhere along the way the two became correlated.

In a word: taxes. I did take profit here or there to capitalize on long-term capital gains and used a big chunk of that to enter my position on Tesla a while back. The short term capital gains hit would be pretty significant in my case and outweighs minor to fairly moderate drops in the market, so for me it's not worth it. Rather I can just capitalize on the dip/pullback instead by buying more. If on the other hand a major market correction or crash looks imminent, especially after Jan 1, then I…

Taxes. The above is a worst case scenario, not a prediction per se. I think we'll see a correction in EVs, but the magnitude is anybody's guess. My advice is keep an eye on the Georgia Senate race. The entire point of this thread amounts to "keep your power dry".

Time in market trumps timing the market, yes. Having cash on hand to capitalize on pullbacks and corrections is what it's all about. To paraphrase Warren Buffett & Phil Town, Mr. Market is irrational & fickle and will occasionally make significant swings uncorrelated to a company's value. When that occurs think of it as raining gold, and it's best to be able to catch that gold with a bucket rather than a thimble. In other words, fortune favors the prepared. Having a stack of cash on standby for …

Remember, people are stupid and we see women jumping on bandwagons when guys are the trailblazers making something safe and comfortable mainstream. Gaming is a good example of this. For decades guys …

Even $38,400 is too much IMO. She can get a J-O-B. This kind of award exemplifies what I've talked about on our show how Uncle Sam has replaced men as the head of household/breadwinner. If you want to know how the nuclear family got destroyed in the US, this is it.

I've written about this not that long ago... The Friendzone absolutely is real, but it's a construct of your own making and is something guys do to themselves by settling for less than they desire. If you want to be more than friends, then you must articulate your desire and risk rejection. If rejected, then you must have self-respect and move on. Playing at being friends as though it's a consolation prize, or feigning friendship while you secretly bide your time hoping the other person will cha…

1 Draft Pick More like #1 Draft Dick That said, what killed dating? BITCHES FLAKING. Flakes Killed Dates. Flaking is a symptom of a larger problem. Social media bloating women's egos and giving them what amounts to paralysis by analysis is largely what's to blame. Just how it was a dad's role to keep their daughter off the pole in generations past (and I'm not juts talking about stripping), now it's the parent's job to keep young women off social media so it doesn't rot their ability to pair bon…

Why wouldn't someone pay dues for an organization they belong to? We can only take up to 35% of our income as a 501(c)7 non-profit from non-dues paying sources (e.g. donations). The IRS is funny about that with the "Effect of Nonmember Income on Exempt Status". Your attitude is, to put it mildly, why fraternal orders all around the nation are dying a slow death and why guys aren't getting the mentoring they sorely need.

People are lazy and don't want to do the work. That's fine, it's human nature. However, the influx is largely from the various incel subs that got shut down and flooded into here. They'd rather bitch and moan about standards rather than improving themselves and doing the work. Maximize your strengths, minimize your weaknesses, and improve what you can. Just remember, sometimes even that's not going to be enough. Life isn't fair so toughen the fuck up. Not everyone gets to be an astronaut.

Generally speaking shit tests are just a big part of how women flirt. Sometimes it can be to purposely blow a guy out and make him run off, but more often than not it's to check him to see if he's got his shit together. A confidence test if you will. Teaching guys to recognize these tests for what they really are is all part of the game. Sadly a lot of guys misinterpret women's flirting and take them at their actual words completely missing the subtext the women are trying to convey. This isn't …

Most professional investors can't beat the market because they're not allowed to. To be more specific, they're restricted by SEC and rules specific to the funds they manage. I've told this story before about the financial crisis of 2008. One of the pros saw the crash was coming, tried to protect his investors by moving money around and selling certain assets, and was subsequently fired because of it...and wound up getting investigated by the SEC for his trouble. When you have a small sandbox to …

Why not share it? There's no reason for people to be poor anymore over the long-term with the advent of no-fee trades and fractional shares thanks to brokerages like Robinhood and M1 Finance. $500/mo into an index fund and you'll be a millionaire in retirement, if not a multimillionaire. These are intended to be METCONs you do between heavy days, or as a fat burner at the end of your workout. Think of them as accessory work to boost your fat loss and/or improve cardiovascular conditioning. Sprints via HIIT are another great option, but outside the scope of this thread. Similar benefits though.

For those who skimmed, these are intended for metabolic conditioning, namely to activate the EPOC "afterburn" effect for a fat loss boost. These aren't intended as "strength training" per se. I suppose you could use them as supplemental strength work, but they're no replacement for Starting Strength or Wendler's 5/3/1 system.

Stop worrying about strength and focus on cutting that body fat. I'm in the same boat and I've been on both sides of the fitness aisle and let me tell you being low body fat (10-15%) makes such a monumental difference regardless of how built you are. Just not being fat is a massive DHV. Focus on cutting weight first and foremost. What to do, what to do. Half the reason I recommend befriending everyone is because they're going to have friends you might be interested in. When they do, then you have YOUR FRIEND introduce you. Getting to know people is an order of magnitude easier when meeting through friends in common. You make friends with her as a friend with benefit, go out with her group of friends, mingle, and apply what I just wrote above. Done.

Stephanie and I discussed this on the Women Wednesdays show a few times. Women are generally incapable of realizing how important sex/physical intimacy is for men because they simply lack a man's perspective... and our hormones. Women's testosterone levels are about on par with 10 year old boys', so they're utterly incapable of feeling the raw visceral lust anywhere near the degree which men do. Once boys hit puberty their T levels skyrocket to 10-13x that of women of the same age. The best reci…

100% agreed. The lock-down has modified things a bit, but a lot of that is just women being bored and more interested in attention and validation than actually wanting to meet guys and get to know them. I've been lucky and have had a pretty good run of virtual dates, but I'm told I'm also good looking. Granted most guys are good looking to a certain group of women. Just the way it goes.

Yeah, if it's just your turn, then there has to be another side of that equation. I've personally been on both and it's...something. Now to be clear I'm not advocating trying to swoop in on women who are married or dating some guy. Just realize that your job is to spit game and it's their job to decide if you're the one for them. There's no stealing women, you just present yourself as an option and they do the rest. Game is amoral.
