1: There is a pretty big silent majority. 2: Many Trump supports will claim the opposite of what they believe solely to screw up polls. Same with the 2016 election. 3: It heavily depends on where these polls were conducted. How many people did they poll? Did they poll in a big city? If they polled in a big city, the odds of Trump winning with results like that from a big city are probably even greater. I know my family was not polled, therefor they did not poll the entire country.

And you clearly have no understanding of how the law works. Even if the breathalyzer came up as negative he still had to run her name to check her history. When she failed to tell him her last name he had to take her to the jail so they could run her there, and when she resisted and attacked them that’s when she got a felony. This is where your lack of understanding comes into play. Public display of alcohol (especially if underage) is illegal in most places. It’s her aunts fault for leaving the alcohol there with them if they are underage.
