No you're not dumb for thinking that! It makes sense that you want to keep the control and be dominant by not giving compliments. The reality is that trying to have dominance can backfire really quickly so instead of not giving her compliments, I joke around with her and tease her and also give her compliments so that it balances out.

True as well. Safety first chief they notice that for sure. That's why I say to accidentally touch her thigh so it doesnt come across as creepy but enough to get her somewhat interested in you.
