So where is the line for discriminating based on genitals? At what point does it become considered a form of sexism? Regarding child support, since courts view it as the child's right, this creates a liability that both parents should be jointly and equally responsible for. If it is wrong to kill a fetus with a heartbeat, then this doesn't matter if the person had a chance to kill them before or not. I don't get this logic. I'm 100% straight, but I can look at an image and tell when it is meant to sexually appeal to a gay man. It is, in most cases, easy to judge if something had sexual intent or if it could be perceived as sexual even if not intended as such.

Possibly because a female pedophile doesn't have to traffick a boy to abuse a boy. A single female pedophile could easily adopt or even have her own child to abuse. Child support should be abolished. The parent capable of providing for the child should get full custody if the parents and child aren't able to work something out. In cases of an abusive parent having the money, a conviction of abuse would include paying the victim significant damages that would allow the now abusive parent to raise the child.
