When my ex-gf moved out nobody had to ask any questions. They saw who was outside packing their shit in the truck.

Don't fall for the trap a lot of guys fall into. Giving everything away for peace of mind. Newsflash. If you have kids together you won't have any peace of mind for many years no matter what. Do exactly what she will do. Get what you're legally-entitled to. Look long-term rather than short-term. You'll be very glad you did. If you don't you'll look back with forever regret that will be too late to remedy.

Probably. My x now does all of the things her new husband has always done. She is a completely different person.

If it's for casual and you see her when she doesn't have her kids it can be fine. But, once she involves the kids then you're involved with them. It won't be long before you're taking them all out to eat, ordering in for them, etc. Plus, if a woman has full custody then you can never plan on your dates going through. Babysitter problems will come up, kids get sick and she needs to cancel, drama with her ex maybe. Just not worth it when there are other options.

I'll never get married again or tie myself financially to another woman. I won't cohabitate unless she makes as much, or more, money than me. And, I definitely won't get involved with single moms.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
