This is 100% accurate. Exactly what my therapists have suggested. And it worked too.

Physical activity boosts brain chemicals you need to feel positive… depression is a lack of those brain chemicals scientifically… Church is not important, doesn’t matter what third space he chooses… It’s not toxic, it’s science. I had 11 of my friends commit suicide when i was in the service, this is the advice from 7 different therapists that helped me build my plan and exit the cycle. It has nothing to do with “toxic masculinity” Touch grass

The gym is very important for mental health (or any physical activity) church is just my own “third space” where i can build a sense of community. I myself am not a fan of church, but i use it as a community building opportunity. Plenty of similar places for non religious folks. Took me years to convince myself that i could still enjoy life without a GF. Bumble bff is great for making friends of dudes. Going to a “third space” weekly also helps. Church on tuesdays, gym every other day, run in the park on alternate days, saturday nights are trivia nights. Even if you’re awkward and noone talks to you i…

I joined the military, got a degree, got ripped, got a black belt in krav, and stacked cash as an engineer. TLDR: I used the injustice and anger as fuel for my goals. Humans are biologically programmed to do what they’re doing. I’ve experienced nothing but disrespect my entire life. Being fit and deadly, helps with the respect. But my god, women are still rude in public (more so now than 8 years ago) and MEN other men love playing these insane dick measuring games. My life has been a constant ba…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
