Of course this applies to any job where there is physical labor involved. At my last job, I never understood why they hired and kept the vast majority of employees women, considering there was so much physical labor to be done and mgmt would only ever expect the dwindling amount of male employees to do any of that work.

So specific. I never played that one.

Search history is not evidence of murder. It may not have made much of a difference. I think there were other things that went wrong with this case IIRC but she definitely murdered her child.

I am white and have been arrested before, so I don't really care what "people say" about it.

Yes, Damn can be used as a verb. It does work.

Your military ID would not even get her a discount, unless the store employee is really stupid.

It's as if multiple Democrats running for president seriously want tens of millions in taxpayer money to go to the women, while the men generate their own pay themselves. If that is not what they are implying, then where will the money come from if they personally are not going to start donating millions to the women's team?

Have you tried arguing with someone who only knows right wing propaganda instead of facts? They believe shit like "Hillary should have sent those Marines to Benghazi" (even though she never had control of the military to do so as Secretary of State) and will call you a moron for challenging what they know to be the truth.

Look at the number of votes! That's roughly 3,350 people who would buy her yoga pants. She expects the majority of her fans to have a pants sniffing fetish or what?

The article doesn't say if it was a special needs class and teacher, but I don't see how it would not be if he is so abnormal.

They basically prosecute children as adults whenever they feel like it and so 99% of the time it is done to males? I don't understand why it is ever done. They either are a child or adult based on age or apparently rules just don't matter in court?

Two powerful men became more poweful right after accusations of sexual assault, so no man has or will ever have his life ruined by false allegations. That is the insane logic jump they used and no one can call them out on that bullshit before it is perhaps auto-deleted or are the mods at it 24/7, deleting the majority of comments that appear so fast that they cannot be archived?

I said something along the lines of "are you sure you should label someone a misogynist just because of one misguided thing he said and apologized for?" as a reply to a comment on a twox post and got more than -10 net downvotes quickly.

It is a yes or no question. Discounting for no reason is not illegal but it is unethical and could get you fired, since you are supposed to get it approved by your supervisor, no doubt.

You are getting downvoted, but I have heard of this problem of companies not paying out court ordered sums, because it is poorly enforced, you can't just jail all Gawker employees if Gawker does not pay, etc. I need to look into it more. Do you have any relevant sources on this?

The study with 90% used only 18 allegations as the basis. I am quite sure that's not enough to be statistically meaningful. The studies that used over 100 allegations have a rate of 41-45% false accusations. Based on this information alone, we should discard the 90% study because it is worthless and look further into these other studies to see if they are actually legit.

Why would it all of a sudden get better in 2016? Things will probably have to get even more fucked up before enough people realize how fucked up things have gotten and fight back by getting laws changed and such.

Well, you're getting downvoted for not answering as well because that's annoying of you. I think him playing it over and over is a bit much. The first time it was fair payback since she had disturbed him with noise at least twice at that point.

The answer lies in the title of this sub: the pussy pass is given out by the media, too.

And she knows she can usually depend on the pussy pass, which will minimize longer-term consequences for her actions.
