I've always seen higher incarceration rates linked with the increase on the focus of drugs. However, I could see the links between the feminism movement and welfare expenditures (Divorce rates -> Single-parent families -> Welfare increases in supporting children (mostly children's health care & food stamp systems)). I interned for the DJS (Division of Juvenile Services) for 3 summers during college, twice at a diagnostic center, which was a mesh of a group home and an incarceration center; and once at the state's maximum incarceration center for juveniles. Darryl was supposed to have his daughter over for Christmas and was very excited. It protects from STO - Sexually transmitted obligations. Women should not lie about being on the pill - its immoral and in some way, it should be illegal. The law should be focusing more on preventing these situations from happening than what to do afterwards. It would be simpler, I think.

I liked some ideas about Sweden's "sexual assault" laws. I think there should be misdemeanor charges brought to both sexes concerning the lack of honesty that happens during sex. I think there should be some type of enforcement that if a condom breaks, a man or woman should be able to say "stop" and be legally supported by it. The law needs to completely get rid of the clause, paraphrased, "person would not give consent if sober." How the fuck are judges or lawyers going to be able to prove that person really wouldn't give consent if sober? The law should be: If you're drunk and you initiated the first drink, then your intent was to be drunk, and you accepted the consequences of being drunk, which include consenting to sex that might have embarrassed you later.

Thank goodness! Disney has been milking fairy tales for a long time, and honestly - it doesn't do anyone any good. From the guys point of view, I don't see any details or comments that suggest he was intending to rape her. If I was in his shoes, I would think she was drunk, confused, and wanted it to. Did he take advantage of her? Sure, but... seriously, she asked him to make her come twice. She should be blaming her ignorance (in getting drunk and her raising) more than blaming him.
