If a girl you're intensely flirting with or kissing sees you going around kissing other girls you're gonna be seen as a fuckboy which is definitely a bad thing, trust me they're not going to like that. Actively pursue one girl (if she's interested) and when she or her friends are not there you can go after another. I find that the trick is to find bars that are very socially friendly to strangers where it's normal to go talk to some random person like a backpacker bar or a meetup bar. For me it's also awkward the first 5 minutes or so when you go by yourself, but after you get a pint and you start talking to some random person for a couple of minutes you'll be good to go. Yes everyone who consistently approaches will get rejections, doesn't matter how good looking you are and a lot of times the rejection is out of your control. The girl might not be feeling like it that day, she actually has a boyfriend, she doesn't like your accent, etc...
