So... maybe not a popular take, my women's sexual assault crimes are unfathomable high in Japan, and this is one of their solutions (along with making all their phones have a shutter skund effect when they take a picture). Obviously the real solution is to get the men not to commit these crimes, but in the meantime, something like this is reasonable. Men don't have men-only coaches because there's not a need for then there.

For what it's worth- I'm in the Air Force but work with all branches. The Navy is fucking terrible, with toxic leadership, and it wouldn't surprise me at all if her leadership told her it'll just be easier if she just stayed quiet, probably said it'll make life hard for everyone, nothing would happen, etc.
