This doesn't even account for statutory rape clauses, for minors themselves who are charged for consensual sex with other minors. In the case of boys who've been raped by an adult woman, such as in schools, all the adult has to do is claim "sexual assault" that the boy is the one charged.

Regardless of her age she still committed a criminal offense; luring and enticing a minor and for sexual purposes. When it actually happened she committed statutory rape. Evidence presented proves this and the consequence should fit the crime regardless of the age of the perpetrator. His crime was knowingly accepting the advances of and having sex with an underage girl (saying 14 is still underage). The whole age threshold of "Romeo and Juliet" clauses are confusing and distort the fact that hav…

Now there are situations where such "awareness training" in schools are being applied to male students sexual harassment and assault towards female teachers even though the students are underage boys and the teachers are in a position to abuse them. WHY do the teachers get a pass from their own actions to assault minor students and the STUDENTs being charged

This isn't the only instance of a teacher accusing a student of rape there are others, a female teacher accused a sophomore in her class of raping her, and despite it being alleged by the student that there wan an ongoing consensual sexual relationship, due to her preemptive accusation the student was implicated in felony rape charges while she was able to plead down the statutory charges

This is very common now recently in my state off a tip an investigation into a large group of high school students from 14 to 17 were arrested and charged as adults with everything from CP production "ring", exploitation of minors distribution was among teen boys of their girlfriends' sexting pics most of them who were arrested and convicted with both the girls and the boys being made to serve jail sentences and register as sex offenders even for their own pics. However only the the girls were d…

I had stopped interacting with women, despite very much wanting to due to the pervasiveness of this sexual assault accusation culture. Laws now make it so vague that "unwanted sexual attention" is now prosecutorial sexual harassment. Friend of mine was jailed once due to a charge levied on him simply for sexually advances on talk about how pretty her legs were and in an embrace, felt her down lower on her back then she wanted. Hes labeled a sexual predator now and there was no way to determine, …

Make an example of her; 30 years in prison! Thats rape of a young boy and most of the time will land a similar sentence. In some places and cases, two teachers received 20 years for inappropriate sexual molestation of students. If in all teacher/student sex cases the teachers began receiving mandatory 20 year prison terms we'd see a reduction for sure

This happens and now there are 12 and 13 year old male sex offenders who's only crime was fooling around and experimenting with their own sexuality for the first time! Usually with another minor (female) and if someone finds out, or she reports that he "took advantage of me", these boys are arrested charged as adults for statutory rape and made to register as sex offender, however this doesn't mean the female goes without punishment herself...for similar reasons

Similar case happened not long ago, 35 year old teacher who became pregnant by her 14 year old student and he (his family) was sued for child support this is actually more common then most realize as the law doesn't take into account the age of the father, just whats in the "best interest" of the child. Family even approved of the relationship despite the illegality of it and the fact he was clearly taken advantage of

Honestly I think this woman has the hots for Tucker. She's always on his show as of late and the combination of her body language and how she looks, almost gazed at him seems that she's smitten. Even when finishing sentence; she'll end it early take a breath and just nod while not taking her eye off the image (video image of Tucker)

This was totally blatantly abuse and predatory actions on her part. She pretty much was pulling him in and in a forceful way that if he put up a fuss she'd make a scene. The look in her eye as she gazed at him then wouldn't even let the kid pull back was telling. The final straw that would get any men locked up even without video evidence is that she overtly mentions that they could possibly become lovers, she knew it to be manipulation and child abuse by stressing her age but then talk about ho…
