1	This is INDIA. If the victim is boy and the molester is girl, the boy is jailed instead. This doesn't even account for statutory rape clauses, for minors themselves who are charged for consensual sex with other minors. 1	12 year-old boy falsely accused of rape, held in a police cell, expelled from school, life ruined. This happens and now there are 12 and 13 year old male sex offenders who's only crime was fooling around and experimenting with their own sexuality for the first time!
