Fair enough. Probably could've phrased it better. Maybe a more fitting would be don't disrespect others dead family members. Some of my friends family members are real pieces of work... but i wouldn't telling my friend a day after his crazy mom died that he's better off or something. Nothing good is gonna come from that.

So true.. So many people say about going to the gym and working out but don't change eating habits... the funny part is that at least imho changing your diet is pretty easy in comparison... eat good home cooked meats, veggies, and cut out shit carbs for good ones like oatmeal, brown rice, etc... do the math on the calories and prep it... done deal..

As an overweight person who swallowed the pill and has been hitting the gym and working on figuring out the dieting side of things I love the video.. Sometimes the truth sucks. The truth for me was my smv wasn't high enough. I focused on career and finances.. Let the body go... Now I'm going to get that in line while in monk mode and then begin to put trp learning's to work in the open world
