Have you ever heard of the YouTube channel, “Marriage Helper?” They are exceptional and helped me a lot with not losing my mind. They focus mainly on marriages in distress and on the brink of divorce. They give advice on how to regain your spouse and not push them further away. They really are masters of what makes marriages work or fall apart. I applied some of their principles and they were pretty effective. Highly recommend plenty of free info that you can use.
