Alright fine, this one isn't that bad especially with the second season. The Deep's incident was karma for him and is an indirect way of him knowing how it's like to be raped while the blackmail one wasn't justified and technically was consensual. Still, they could have done it better. In season 2 though, the show makes fun of modern feminism and had a female antagonist so I think The Boys is quite on our side in most cases.

Not really, OP's issue is about sexism towards men, so we can fix that by rebelling the rules. Non gender are rare anyway and there's probably non in that class. This is of course temporary; they can stop once the teacher converts both bathroom back to neutral.
