Yes yes, the place I'm looking to buy has great potential for solar, wind and small hydroelectric generators, my problem is the prohibitive cost or even non existent electric machinery to run a small farm. At least here in Brazil I can't seem to find affordable tractors and the like that are run with electricity.

Much easier is smaller towns like where I live, people are more conservative and women still don't like to show themselves as whores (as much), maybe it would be different in bigger cities. And my experience shows that in my surrounding area women are more prone to short term relationships than to fuck budding system. Maybe im not alpha enough, but that's what gives me the best ROI.

I disagree, I find much easier to have a gf, and to cycle after some time than to pay for sex or to be every weekend finding a new date. It's possible to manage a relationship with a gf for anything between 6 months to 2 years without having big issues. So you have access to sex and the relationship is still in half (1/4?) honeymoon kind place. That if it's a reasonable stable woman of course, as far as emotionally stable a woman can be.
